  1. I always considered Supergirl: Apocalypse (because it’s original name, Superman Batman Apocalypse is so misleading) the new Supergirl origin movie. Still, that’s animation. I’d like to see a new live action rendition. Christopher Reeve making a cameo would of helped the film, I agree. He really needed to appear during the climax of the film. Still, I love this movie. Keep your fingers crossed for a future film! With Helen making a legendary cameo! haha

  2. Thanx for watching and writing! This episode gets less attention than our others because it’s not as well known. Maybe if we get to have a new Supergirl movie, people will notice it more. Helen Slater was great. The acting was good – the story could have been better. It would have been awesome if Christopher Reeve had appeared. I hope Supergirl returns to the big screen!

  3. I actually enjoyed the Supergirl movie. It was highly underrated.Sure it’s not perfect, but when you watch the director’s cut, you can clearly see the untapped potential. Helena Slater was incredible as well. The only thing I would change is Faye Dunaway’s character Selena. She should of more mean spirited and cruel to the point where we hate her. Instead, she’s goofy. Regardless, good performance by Faye and her many one liners throughout the film. lol

  41. [..YouTube..] Originally, llya Salkind wrote an earlier treatment of the script for Superman 3 that Superman meeting his cousin, Supergirl, which lead to the potential Supergirl spin-off. But Warner Bros. declined the treatment. When Supergirl Movie came out, it was made by Tri-Star Pictures.

  53. me and my friend write a storys called Supergirl and Wondergal. Wondergal is Mcalia who meets Supergirl at school when they were only 12. Supergirl figures out when she saw Wondergal turn into Mcalia,then started hating each other.Until Supergirl get frozen and Wondergal unfreezens her.Supergirls is Tiki,well that was Mcailia called her.Tiki is really smart and she was invance math since 4th grade.Mcailia is kinda dumb. She never studies for anything except writting class. Mcalia love writting and will never stop, just like Tiki.Supergirl has the power of freezing.Wondergal has fire…….hot.They can both fly,but not Mcalia cousin.Mcaila has a evil cousin(Evil Princess….EVIL).She trys to kill them,and she gets help from Kyle her brother (dark knight) he makes up the worst names ever.Then they do kill them,but some help from Hannah the fairy.She give people engery and come back to life. Hannah turns Dark Knight and Evil Princess….EVIL nice. They turn into Snow Princess and Ice Slaver.Then they are back to superhero college,But then Mcalia has to go Japan to help her cousin(only live there not japenesse) fight Godthillia.He comes out onces a month so she stay there for a while until he is dead.Thats it all about Supergirl and Wondergal.

  68. I really liked this review, especially when you flew! Great job!

    I was just searching through the channels and came across PBS. Two of my favorite shows on PBS are ‘Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman’ and ‘Arthur.’ When I was 7 my FAVORITE show was Arthur! Fetch with Ruffman is a like a game show with kids on it. Its hosted bt a cartoon dog, which is funny!
