  87. Hilary Duff. Loved Lizzie McGuire, “Casper Meets Wendy” may just have been the best Harvey character film. She was great in the role. Nice to see she’s doing well. Looks like Hilary Duff is still somewhat famous. That’s better then being infamous. 🙂

  90. @mileyfan101000 Hilary has a HUGE fan base. She is one of our favorite stars from over the years. She just released a book and always has projects in the works…3 movies in post-production – just was on Gossip Girl, etc.
